KGK Suisse stands for Swiss diamantaire heritage since 1918 and operates in a market where trust, provenance documentation and precision are decisive. A conventional online shop would not have been enough. The platform had to become an exclusive B2B sales tool that grants access only to verified business customers while addressing international audiences in German, English and French.
The challenge was combining premium branding, complex diamond data, ERP synchronisation and a protected purchasing process. Buyers need to find products quickly by professional criteria, while stock levels, customer data and orders remain cleanly connected to the APPlus system.
